The second round of the NCAA Tournament begins Saturday, as the best weekend in college sports continues with eight more games that will see the first tickets to the 2026 Sweet 16 punched. Among the biggest stories will be how No. 1 overall seed Duke responds after being pushed in the first round by No. 16 seed Siena.

The Blue Devils narrowly avoided an upset against the MAAC champions and now face a stiffer test against No. 9 seed TCU, which has established itself as a dragon slayer this season. The Horned Frogs own wins against Florida, Wisconsin and Texas Tech away from home and took out No. 8 seed Ohio State in the first round on Thursday.

Another of the day's most captivating characters will be No. 12 seed High Point. The Panthers stunned No. 5 seed Wisconsin 83-82 in the first round and will be seeking to inflict similar pain on No. 4 seed Arkansas as part of a developing Cinderella plot.

Elsewhere, a pair of high-major programs starved for NCAA Tournament success will square off when No. 4 seed Nebraska and No. 5 seed Vanderbilt tangle with a spot in the regional semifinals on the line. The Cornhuskers are coming off their first-ever NCAA Tournament win while the Commodores just advanced in the Big Dance for the first time since 2012.
